Downtown Dubai



Downtown Dubai, previously known as Downtown Burj Dubai, is a mixed-use complex located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is the home of some of the latter's most important landmarks such as the Burj Khalifa which is now the current tallest tower in the world, as well as the largest shopping mall, Dubai Mall.

The complex is situated along the prestigious Sheikh Zayed Road across from Al Wasl locality on the north-west. It is bounded to the south by Business Bay and to the north-east by Financial Centre Road that separates it from Zabeel 2 and Trade Centre 2.

It is also connected to Dubai Metro Stations, including the the Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall Metro Station.

The above mentioned development is divided into 11 projects. They are as follows: Burj Khalifa, Dubai Fountain, Dubai Mall, Burj Park Island, and The Address Downtown Dubai, The Old Town and The Old Town Island, Emaar Boulevard, The Residences and South Ridge comprising of high-rise residential towers, and the Emaar Square which is exclusively a low-rise office complex.
