23 Marina Tower is a residential building that has a total of 90 floors ( 1,289 feet ) which is primarily located in Dubai Marina, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It was previously the world's tallest residential tower before the completion of the current holder for having such highest residential building. It is the Princess Tower.

The above mentioned tower has 57 swimming pools as well as each of its duplexes is being equipped with its own private elevator.

Actually, 23 Marina was almost 79 per cent sold before its construction works started. In 2011, it has topped out and has only become the second tallest building in the City and the tallest residential tower in the world.
