Real Estate is a PROPERTY consisting of land and the buildings on it, along with the following natural resources: crops, minerals or water immovable property of this nature, a personal interest in this, an an item of real property , buildings or housing in general which is particularly the real estate business, a profession of buying, selling or renting of land, buildings or houses in one prestigious areas such as the Emirate of Dubai.
As of 2012, Dubai was considered as the 22nd most expensive city in the world as well as the most expensive city in the Middle East. Dubai has also been rated as one of the best places to live in the Middle East, including by American global consulting firm, MERCER, that rated the city as the best place to live in the MENA region in 2011.
